I was approached by Net Magazine š to write a full feature for their August 2017 issue addressing diversity and inclusivity šš¾šš¼ in oneās šØ design/UX work.
Representation in the creative medium matters. Especially when it comes to digital/interactive experiences. The feature I wrote shares tips on how you can move past unconscious bias (which I realized I was guilty of too) and truly create work that reaches a broader, multicultural audience. The goal wasnāt to make an emotional plea but to deliver realistic, practical advice on how to execute more inclusive work that will ultimately serve user and business needs.
