Direct Mail & SEM Landing Pages

Roles

Interactive Art-Direction, Design, Layout

Summary

I was responsible for refreshing the look and feel of Terminix’s (then) current designs for their landing pages. The paid search designs were built for google search ads in mind and to help convert leads into sales. Multiple concepts were created to test the best solution and are currently in market right now. The DM landing pages had more room to play in terms of layout, design, and visual concept. These were built to compliment concepts for Terminix’s 2012 Direct Mail campaign.

Summary

This was a pretty large project. I was one of two Art-Directors assigned with redesigning the older commercial site for Terminix.com. Summary

Collaborating with Copywriters & Creative Directors, I worked on partially updating/reskinning the look of TruGreen.com. I updated the design of the slider content on the homepage, contact form, and tabbed content below. We also created an interactive timeline on the Lawn Care page, while converting the content below into an expandable accordion for easily digestible information. Additional content updates are to come in the future for the rest of the site.

Digital/Interactive Pitch Concepts

Roles

Interactive Art-Direction, UI Design & Concept

Summary

These designs were the result of collaborative agency ideas & concepts to pitch for Applebee’s. The idea was to celebrate the diverse culture and unique personality of Americans. The "Flavor of Us" microsite would allow that by sharing a Facebook photo representing your culture that would be compiled into a huge typographic mosaic that’s explorable.

The "Togetherness App" works by incentivizing gatherings & meetups with your friends at Applebee’s with badges/awards. It would connect in a partnership with Facebook & Foursquare for a cross-social digital experience.

Summary

This site was for promoting the 2010 Cowtown Ball, a prominent, yearly gala fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in Fort Worth, Texas. This was partially influenced off a series of print materials fellow Designer & Art-Director Kiley Mabry worked on. On the site a jQuery countdown clock was built with a toggle slide-down revealing a flash animated video.

"You’re a Machine" Digital Ad Concepts

Roles

Design, Art-Direction

Summary

Working with another Art-Director & Copywriter, I came up with these designs while pitching for Firestone new business. These are "banner ads that track where you’ve been online to cater each ad to their audience. Here we are really using the medium as the message showing how in each environment you encounter you’re always a machine."

Roles

Interactive Art Direction, Design

Summary

Interactive banner ads intended for new prospects and lost leads for TruGreen. The idea was to give the user reasons to believe TruGreen offers the best customized plan for their lawn. One of the rich media ads uses an interactive magnifying lens to highlight the different benefits of the Healthy Lawn Analysis® ; while the other uses informational icons that when hovered, reveal relevant information about all of TruGreen’s services.
